For those of you that are concerned that my write-in campaign has the potential to split the Republican vote and increase the possibility that a Democrat might win, please note that it is Spencer Cox who created this situation and it is Spencer Cox who can put an end to it at any time that he likes. 

If we are provided with the legal information that we have asked for and we verify that he truly qualified for the primary ballot and actually won the primary election, I am happy to walk away. But I cannot do so in good conscience until then. 

In the meantime, we intend to fight for Utah; for transparency and trust. There is no other honorable option.
