Last week, Bobby Kennedy gave an important speech showcasing different ways in which our government is failing us. While I don’t always agree with him on policy solutions, I respect and admire his tenacity in informing the American public about government overreach, regulatory capture, and the many other conflicts of interest in how our government operates.
Shining the light of truth on Utah’s government has always been one of my top priorities and reasons why I am running for governor. Our processes should be transparent and fair. There should be no double standards for the elite or friends of government officials. Our election security battle has showcased lack of transparency at all levels in our state government, starting at the top with Governor Cox and Lieutenant Governor Henderson. Cox’s no-bid contracts to unqualified companies that later donated to his campaign during Covid and further campaign kickbacks from the members of the Big League Utah board are just two more examples of ways in which our state could do better. Utahns deserve better.
In order to win in November we need to get our message to as many Utahns as possible. Will you us help spread our message of truth and transparency across the state?
